The footage of the man's four-minute rant at the youths - in which he told them he would report them for burglary - has been viewed more than 60,000 times on YouTube. It has now emerged the man in the film is Richard Hearnden, a well-respected lawyer who has prosecuted a string of high profile cases. In the video, filmed in Hove, East Sussex, Mr Hearnden is shown screaming: 'You don't f****** climb in my garden!.. I'll put you all under f****** pressure. Don't give me lip. Don't. Give. Me. Lip!'
