Richard Toulson was walking his dog Meg in the valley of Collochan, Dumfries, when he spotted the strange sight, which, unlike a rainbow, shows a white bow shape through fog. The 53-year-old took a picture of the fog bow on his iPhone while on a 10-mile morning hike.
